ご挨拶
名誉会長 石岡 博実よりご挨拶
私たちのネパール連邦民主共和国との和太鼓（紅富士太鼓）を通した活動のはじまりは、まだネパール王国であった2003年に遡ります。
それから今日までの間に40回以上の文化交流のための訪問と、７月から8月にネパールの子供・若者を山梨県に招待する活動を毎年続け、静岡県や各県との交流を深めております。
「さらに日本・ネパールの懸け橋になれ！」との激励もあってか、光栄なことに2006年にはネパール国から外務大臣賞（オリ）を賜りました。
また、2014年9月にネパールにＮＧＯ法人として「ネパール日本友好協会」を設立いたしました。さらに、同年11月１日には副首相始め、鶴保庸介衆議院議員、小川正史全権大使など多数のご臨席を賜り盛大に設立総会も執り行いました。
協会として、ネパールで何から始めるべきかを考えました。ネパールはトイレ事情が悪く、川に垂れ流しの状態が続いています。そこで2016年の「日本ネパール国交樹立60周年」に合わせ、「バイオトイレ設置」の計画を進めてきましたが、2015年の大震災でものの見事に全ての計画が振出しに戻ってしまいました。しかし同時に、むしろこの大震災でバイオトイレ設置を急ぐ体制が必要と痛感しました。
そんな活動の中、2016年に日本国より、当時の外務大臣であった岸田氏から外務大臣賞を賜る事が出来ました。
今まで「阪神淡路」「新潟県中越」「新潟県中越沖」「東日本大震災」「ネパール大地震」「熊本地震」「鳥取中部地震」「大阪北部地震」「山形・新潟地震」「房総半島台風」など、10度にわたり述べ9７7人の社員をボランティア隊として送り込んできました。その経験から、トイレがどの位の重要性を占めているか知っているつもりです。震災後ネパールにおいては「夏（感染症蔓延時期）」を迎え一層深刻化する恐れがありました。下水が整備されつつある現在でも「し尿」や生活雑排水の垂れ流しは一部慢性化しており、国家上げての事業として国家指導者や知識人も長年にわたり取り組むべき課題とされていました。
2019年には、ネパール訪問40回を機に「2020観光親善大使」としての任を拝命しました。
2020年5月に「パシュパティナート寺院」へのバイオトイレ設置の運びの予定でしたが、コロナ感染のまん延により2024年の設置を余儀なくされています。
いずれにせよ、災害や感染症などあらゆる問題が襲いかかる世界状況で当協会では、素早く救援物資（マスク等）などの支援や義援金のお願いを発信させていただいております。
皆様におかれましては、是非とも当会の活動へのご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げるとともに、ネパールの子供・青年たち、そしてネパールの人々に引き続きご支援を賜ります様、重ねてお願い申し上げます。

ナマステ！
日本ネパール友好協会は非営利団体として、日本ネパールの昔からの関係をもっと深めていくことを目的にネパール日本友好協会が出来ました。日本とネパール国の政治家、博愛主義者とワイズマンの語居力からこの組織を若い人たちの将来のために頑張って参ります。
ネパール日本友好協会は２０１４年9月に設立されました。目的が色々あります。
ネパールは農業国ですので日本の農業の技術を紹介するため日本の訪問させる、農業とあと色々な専門的なトレーニングのために年間を決めて日本へ行かせる、それからネパールに帰って来て日本で習ったことを国の発展のために頑張って貰う、ネパールの失業者が入れるようにネパールで専門学校を作る、ネパールはお釈迦様が生まれた国であり、エベレストなどたくさん美しい山と場所がありますからそれを紹介して国の観光産業をサポートする。
この目的を成功するように我々は頑張っています。
友好協会はバイオトイレをネパールで設置する活動は進んでいます。それからトリブバン大学との交流もすぐ始まります。４月２５日の地震でたくさんのネパール人が大変困りました。亡くなった人たちのご冥福を祈っています。

The organization, Nepal- Japan Friendship Society, has been established with a sacred objective of making the relationship existed between Nepal and Japan over the centuries firmly through citizen level and executing the program continuously for the accomplishment of educating children who are deprived from going to school because of absolute poverty along with making strong relation through various programs and make the good citizens by teaching the value of patriotism, morality, dignity and hard labor.
Nepal Japan Friendship Society was formally inaugurated on 1st November 2014 with the core aim to organize field trip of young farmers of the agricultural country Nepal to Japan so as to acquaint them about modern farming system of Japan, providing training to them, teaching them to be independent and to promote tourism by introducing various heritages of the countries and exchanging tradition and cultural practices between them.
The organization is fully determined to accomplish its objectives.I would like to inform earnestly that the organization is going to launch the programs like university level educational, environmental and agricultural sector internship, program, construction of bio-toilet in the different places of the country and establishment of Japanese language school after its formal inception. It is my great pleasure to inform the fact that to fulfill the scarcity of human resource in Japan, the organization will take certain procedure near future which is still in under consideration .
Appeal: First of all I would like to express my deep sorrow for the m untimely demise of Nepalese citizens from massive earthquake and I pray to the god to be resided in the heaven and eternal peace of the parting soul. I express deep condolence for bereaved family and I wish their quick recovery of injured persons from the holocaust of natural disaster.
I would like to share the paroxysm of pains of recent terrible earthquake of Nepal. I, on behalf of the organization, Nepal Japan Friendship Society, would humbly like to an appeal to all the friends of Nepal and Nepali souls living inside the country and abroad to extend the humanitarian hands to cooperate desperate victims of devastating effects of recent terrible earthquake for bringing them into normality.
